[Retros] 50 moves FIDE rule

Hello!
>From math point of view the FIDE rule about 50-moves draw is not perfect. It
was implied that only pawn moves and captures radically change motion of the
game not giving any progress. But it is not true. There are positions, in which
NOT pawn moves and captures also radically change a course of actions. For
example, the position below has 5 such halfes-moves.
