If you're using half moves, then Orban's problem already satisfies your
question.

1.e4 c6 2.Bb5 e6 3.Bxc6 dxc6 is one of a few solutions in 3.0.
1.e3! expands the 3.0 move solutions into 3.5.
And of course only the intent works in 4.0.
