[Retros] First example of 'reverse mate' theme

I apologize for careless references. The ep minimal, per se, was accomplished 
without promoted force by Kahl and Mortensen (in 1967), but in a position in 
which White's move in the diagram was not limited to PxP mate.

The question before us, more accurately stated, is whether an e.p. minimal 
with White's move in the diagram limited to PxP mate (a "mate only ep minimal") 
can be presented without promoted force.
