Oops.
Again, I heavily lost one of my matches against time...
I intended to post the award the week after Moscow, but...

Here are complements to the mail kindly sent by Rustam. I must post more detailed award with comments...in some time...

Very unfortunately, the 1st Prize by Kostas is cooked.
So the 3 2nd-4th Prizes become 1st-3rd Prizes.
Correct names of composers of 2nd Commendation are Eric Huber and Vlaicu Crisan.

This tourney was also occasion for me of discovering capricious behaviour of Internet. Thanks again to Andreas Nievergelt for his precious help.
Some problems that were sent on correct time, arrived some time after I handed my award to the organisation team for inclusion in the Congress bulletin! (so Rustam couldn't have the positions).
I decided to give them Special awards (all HM). Here they are :
