[R129 SL] SL500 won't start

I checked the fuses in the trunk & under the hood & all is in good shape any other suggestion

Did you get my email a couple of weeks ago.  I met the president of the Netherlands MB Club in Berlin, and mentioned your name - he knew you.   I gave him a couple of Mercedes Benz stickers - one for you and one for him.  Have you seen him as yet?
 
Re the question below, I agree that the fuses could have blown, and, if the window operator fuses have blown, the roof will not go down. This can also inhibit the starting of the car depending on what other fuses have blown (or been dislodged).  On the circuit drawing, is there a loop between the car seat belt circuit and the ignition circuit  that needs to be made prior to ignition power being supplied to the relay?

I suppose you did not disconnect the battery while you take out the seat?
If so you properly has burned out a few fuses, check them.

Hello
I have a 1990 SL500 the car ran when before I took the passenger seat out.... now the car won't start, The top won't go back up, the steering wheel won't adjust....But the headlights work, flashers work, All other electrical work but it will not start it won't even turn over...I turn the key and all the idiot lights come on but the car don't make a sound Can someone help me with this?
