One thing is clear: your egine should not become above 85 degrees fahrenheit. -I changed radiator and the visko clutch fan and now it dous' nt come higher on a hot day . Do you have enough power? If your visco is ok look at the temperature meter and look how long it takes to come to 90 degrees. If the value is reached within a few minutes looks at you muffler. There is a good change the catalysator is burned and melted so the exhaust cannot loose the burned gasses and the engine becomes to hot. I had it like a chainreaction so the bobines and sparkcables and radiator becomes to hot and burst at the end and the visco failed while it must work to hard and to much. Jan

I don't believe a W30 oil is not correct for high outside temperatures, you are risking major engine damage
