I do not know what the outside temperature is. But, 100 F coolant temperature indicates to me that 10W30 is not the right oil. Try 15W50 Mobil 1 instead.  As long as oil pressure comes up when the engine RPM is up, nothing is wrong. 15W50 should improve oil pressure.
