You've already received some good advice re. using a local auto upholsterer. But even before that, I'd strongly suggest a call to George Pavlisko at Leatherique. He knows everything there is to know about restoring leather, and offers some of the very best products available to soften, recondition, redye, etc. Don't underestimate the magic his products can deliver! Worth a try before jumping into more expensive solutions.

In case anyone else isn't familiar with Leatherique, their Prestine Clean and Rejuvenator Oil combo is absolutely the best thing for maintaining your leather interior (or any other leather items, for that matter).
