Auto parts store battery should be fine.
 
If you have the original factory radio, yes, you will have to have the
code to reset the radio for use.

My battery is getting weak and I want to replace it...
 
Will any type 49 battery from an auto parts store be fine?
 
Anything I should be aware of as I replace the battery, eg reset codes,
time disconnected, etc?
