[R129 SL] Windshield wiper

Tom,

Simply let the wiper turn into the middle of the windscreen and then
shut of the contact.
Now the wiper arm is maximum out and you can oil the arm what is out the
cover.
Let the wiper turn again and repeat this 3-4 times.
It is enough to grease the system for normal conditions.

Jan, thank you for the detailed information. I filed the contact points 
in the relay and, viola!, no more stopping in mid stroke. All is well.

Never did figure out how to get the cover off  to grease the cam 
mechanism, but that will be a project for another day.
