[R129 SL] 1991 500sl ignition module

I have a 91. 500sl that desperately needs the bosch ignition module. Apparently the module is the same for the 1990 to 1992 model year. The best price I have found is still very expensive. Does anyone have any good leads? Thank you, patrick greene, dallas tx

Have you checked the level of the hydraulic fluid (under spare tire in the trunk)  Is the pump running when the button is pushed to release the top?  Any sign of hydraulic oil leaking?  Check under the car in the area of the rear tires and also at the header above the windshield.
