That's the negative side of being in the sunny area of the USA . Like the
mamma's and the Pappas  in the sixties sang: it never rains in California ,
you do not be afraid of rust. In Europe we don't have the trim problems , we
have rain and salt in winter so we have rust on our cars. Old cars will be
imported  from California without rust damage but with cracked dashboard and
other plastic.
