Hi

Its the Power Steeing Pump.almost every Car with powersteering does it if you 
turn it to either side in to extreme but if would be worthwhile to change 
Powersteeringfluid and replace with new one plus giadd a good recommended 
Additive.

Don't get robbed by any dishonest Repairers or Primadonna Car Dealers
