Cliff, The car is an R129, there is a tuning company that offers to convert your R129 to the new shape SL.... prices start at about £15K. They almost rebuild the car from the ground up to various specs, might be an option if you could get hold of a very good write off R129 with only panel damage!! Sam :-)
