Hi Enrique,
I suggest you try ebay, I managed to get some brand manuals for my
SL500.
A good place to start troubleshooting is the microswitch located under
the soft top cover behind the drivers side. this switch senses when the
top is down or up. I had a similar problem with mine and it was due to
the soft top frame not engaging the microswitch when the top was down.
The insertion of a washer behind the switch to bring it closer to the
support arm solved the problem.
