[R129 SL] Brake dust shields

I have a friend that has a 1997 sl500 and he has them. He seems to like them and their isnt any heat propblems. I have a 99sl500 sport and I know exactlly the problem you're having with break dust. Seem to me thought I would want all that break dust exit freely from the wheel area than to try and reroute it. Wheel cleaning sprays work for me and I like my calipers showing.
