Yes the oldies can run you some money but they are worth it! Just picked up
an 87 560sl with 195k in excellent shape and find myself smiling every time
I turn the key, yes I shudder when I think what it could cost but that
feeling is quickly lost in the wind with more of my hair.

I just last Aug  bought an SL 320  1997 with 37,000 miles and Starmarked.  I
am 69  years of age.  I say go for it.  Get it and enjoy it while you can.
A very old one with lots of miles can eat you alive and you will soon spend
