That simply disengages the airbag when used in conjunction with a
Mercedes-Benz BabySmart child safety seat.

There's no switch that disengages the power window switch on the
passenger side.  Period.

The 99 has one that does something with the passenger side seat belt so
it locks in place when tightened.  The switch is on the trim panel next
to the seat base by the door sill.  It has a little icon that's supposed
to look like a child.
