If you have no more compassion than that for 7 people who lost their lives
who needs you on this list!
It seems you have placed your precious car above the loss of life!
Good ridence!

The astronauts that were lost have nothing to do with this web site. If
I wanted to read about the international news I would buy the news
paper, switch on the television to hear & watch the news bulletin, OR go
onto a WEB site & read American related news. Let's stick with mb
coupes or I will delete my registration with this site.

Archie,
That didn't happen with the 17" (?) wheels on the car
previously?
Hmmm...

I have a '99 SL600 and hate the Motorola analog phone which came with
the
car. Anyone know where to get a digital cell phone that integrates with

the car like the original without forking out $1600 plus to MB?

As far as I know, the suspension is the same no matter if you get your
SL
with 16's 17's or 18's....

Cliff,
I went to AMG 18" monoblocks without any changes to the suspension, and
know
others have done likewise. Ride is definitely a bit rougher but still
quiet
and within acceptable (to me) limits. Handling is much improved, and
more
than worth the compromise. I have never been able to determine if MB
itself
made suspension changes on the "Sport" models that also included 18"
AMGs.
Does anyone know for certain?

WHY???

1. You mention that they are lost already...so what should I pray for??

2.I have heard soooo many times that it was God's will when they
returned to
safety...
well, who is in charge when there is no safe return????

Listen Bernd,

I really don't have the time to discuss the symantecs of my statement.
You clearly have NOTHING constructive to say so please don't be overly
critical at such times. This is an imense tragedy. I didn't sit and
run a spell check, grammer check, etc. when writing my message. Simply
noting my flight of thoughts and sad demeanor.
