I thought that maybe this was due to someone trying to clean it
with a chemical that softened the paint. Others have said that
it is a reaction to exposure to the sun, or heat. Either way, it =
has to
come off, and get refinished, or replaced.
So, how do I remove this shell, so that I can do something with =
it?
I have found the 2 screws under the map lamp assemblies, but =
there
are more holding that unit under the windshield frame that I =
cannot find.
Do I have to remove the rear view mirror as well?
