Pull the radiator out and take it to a radiator shop.  I'm sure than can
make a new neck for you for a fraction of the cost.

Well, i fix the little elbow with jb weld, which works great, then i
take it 
out and bam! another leak at the collar with the hose to the water 
pump.....the assembly just falls off, so im back to jbweld again....pic 
attached....i will do what it takes to keep from buying a new
radiator...it 
doesn't look pretty, but it works....
