Not sure about the K&N filters usefulness performance wise.  They do let
more dirt into the engine however.  As Satish said the first gear start is a
definitely a must.  Also you might want to consider the Brabus Vmax unit or
alike to disable the governor.

I have not even heard of ECUs for these cars except in combination with
other tuning from Brabus or RennTech, etc.  Then again I have not checked.

I am thinking of installing an aftermarket chip to the above Mercedes.
I have already replaced the exhaust with a stainless steel cat-back, low
back pressure system and removed the center muffler.  I also installed
K&N air filters.
Do you have anything you can share with me?  Thanks.
