[nbos] Skwyre Preview Edition now available!

Hi Mike,

Right now, Skwyre only supports JPEG and PNG files.  It doesn't support FM 
(or CC) files, so you'll have to export them as images.  There's some 
templates in the NBOS forum to help with sizing.  Eventually FM will be 
able to send a map directly to Skwyre.
