[nbos] AS2.0 Save as questions

So I just imported new routes and some new systems into my 27 sector universe 
and did save as on each file.  I noticed two things:  
1) the file size went down by about 1/3, in one extreme case from 3.1MB to 
950KB, only one sector actually increased in size.

2) what is meant by total bodies?  Most sectors had only 1 total body, some had 
as many as 3.

Weird.
