[LargeFormat] Light bar across Quick Load

I've only been using 4x5 since around December last year, and as yet haven't
had any unexplained problems with film, until now.

I shot some Velvia last weekend in our Yorkshire Dales, got the processing
back, all OK. I also used 2 Provia Quick Loads, one was OK, the other had an
odd problem I don't want to repeat. I shot in portrait mode, and across the
bottom of the image there was a lighter band, that wasn't really there on
the grass. It was about 1/4 inch up from the bottom, and about 1/4 wide,
across the full width of the film. The Quick Loads were used in a Kodak
holder. I've probably only used around 20 Quick Loads and never seen this
before. The camera used was a Toyo 45A. Any ideas?
