    There is a site called Freelists 
http://www.freelists.org . A number of lists recently went 
there after the list owner had enough of them and shut them 
down. Someone will have to administer the list although 
administering duties can be split among two or more people. 
For instance, I am the co-administrator with Jim Brick of 
the new Pure Silver list.
