[LargeFormat] Copal #3 shutters

The Japanese site for Copal http://www.copal.co.jp/en/index_e.htm , doesn't
list any European distributor (the link for Germany is for miniature
motors), though with the lion's share of large format optics being produced
in Germany, that seems a little odd. I do know that they sell directly to
lens manufacturers (i.e. Schneider, Rodenstock, etc. don't buy from a local
distributor). There are various sources in the US. The American distributor
is http://www.rtsphoto.com/html/copal.html. I would suggest you go to the
Japanese site (the aforementioned link) and they have a menu with an
"Inquiry" option. Might as well get the info straight from the horse's mouth
as it were.
