[LargeFormat] question about 150/2.8 xenotar for 4x5

i was just reading my Linhof Practice  and they mention the Xenotar 150/2.8
lens.  it sounds fairly fascinating, according to my math, on a 4x5, it has 
close to the depth of field of a noctilux in 35mm, about +/- 1 inch at 5 feet.

there's a 135/3.5 also, which is closer to the DOF of a 50 summilux.

i was thinking it could be an interesting lens on a super technika IV
with rangefinder.  does anyone have comments on the lens or its
depth of field?
