Caution, large format photography can become addictive. I'm a many year
35mm guy that now owns 3 4x5 view cameras and 2 8x10's who is now lusting
for a 11x14 --- where does it end. I saw a 16x20 enlarger for sale on ebay.

For your friend, there is a 5x7 Simon-Omega enlarger for sale on ebay now
for $300 opening bid and if you hit "Buy it now" for $350 he will pay for
crating.

I have two 31" Kreonite processors, one for color and one for B&W. Now
I'm lusting after a 52" Kreonite because I see them selling for peanuts on
ebay. The "going digital" revolution has benefited me greatly re: buying
equipment but I catch it when I need to sell surplus created when I moved to
a different camera or bought a whole darkroom package because I needed 1
piece.

:>Is it true that half plate, 5x7 and its metric near equivalent have

:>nearly bought a halfplate piece of furniture but was deterred by no
