Well you can probably guess what the suggestion is to minimise the chances 
of developer streaking - try using a pre-soak. Jobo recommend a pre-soak 
with most B&W processing. As a byproduct , your development times will be 
closer to those for non-processor use. You may need to adjust by around 5% 
less time, but you could find that the times are about the same when using 
pre-soak.

Let us know if this cures the problem.
