Hello
    I maintain about half a dozen lists and any time I report something 
to yahoo I would just get back an automated answer. I could tell from 
the messages that there is no one really checking into anything there. I 
finally quit bothering.
    We also have a list where the list owner died without a co-owner and 
we have been trying to let someone else be able to take it over and all 
we get is automated replies. Many dozens of us wrote them on that one.
