[LargeFormat] High output compact florescent lights

Compact as in self ballasted.  whether its the size of 100w or 300w 
bulb doesn't matter.  I looked into a separate ballast but the project 
quickly lost it's prime directive--a realively small light weight High 
output light that I cab travel with
