[LargeFormat] DIY Focusing Cloth and Blankies

Thanks for all the ideas.  A few of them had me laughing so hard that my
wife got worried... She's more used to hearing groans as I clean
Egyptian dust out of cameras.

FYI, cloth is cheap and of good quality here, so I may try out a few
different ideas.
