[LargeFormat] DIY Focusing Cloth

I use a size 12 ladies black skirt for 4x5.  It has a waist tie for
cinching around the back of the camera and a zipper which allows easy
access for a focusing loupe.

I enjoy looking up ladies skirts anyway, so . . .

Does anyone have a pattern or advice for a Do-It-Yourself Focusing
Cloth?  Rather than pay $30 to $40 at a shop, I figured I could buy some
black fabric and get someone with a sewing machine to do me a favor.
