[LargeFormat] filters

the 190 uses Series VIII, it's the 250 that uses IX.

and while most of my LF is B&W, I've spend less on Series  filters (VIfor 
the speed graphic), VIII for the 190 and IX for the 250) than I have on 
two B&W polarisers for my Hassy.
