[LargeFormat] Calling CQ, CQ, CQ...

It would have been VE for many years... I was on the list for a two letter 
call for *several* years when I got a call from Industry Canada.  They 
said they were going to eliminate the waiting list because of costs, but 
they were opening up the VA prefix.  Those of us on the list could ask for 
what we wanted, after that the two letter thing would be defunct.  So I 
requested AV because of the symmetry on paper and the easy CW.  Got it and 
will keep it til I die I guess...

Got my license at the age of 12 (youngest in the country at that time I 
understand) - 1978, but haven't been very active for the last 10 years or 
so.
