B&S sells a bellows repair kit which I've used to repair the bellows of
my old 11x14 camera.  It works extremely well and is very inexpensive.
I used less than the full kit to redo pretty well the whole bellows of
the camera.  Coat thin layers and let dry beween layers.  Coats greay
and turns black upon drying.
