[LargeFormat] Bellows Repair

Clive,

Elmer's now makes several different glues and adhesives, but I suspect the
Elmer's white glue is the one suggested. Long used by schoolchildren in the
US for all sorts of crafts, etc., presumably non-toxic as I recall seeing my
compatriots eating it.
For the price of shipping, I'm quite certain someone over here could send
you some.

In repairing my bellows I found an opaque, black silicone compound at a
maritime/boating supply and used it with a well sanded and rounded tongue
depresser. It's worked well for two years now. Saved a costly bellows
replacement on my Deardorff.
