[LargeFormat] cropping

Dear Friends,

     The large format negative has sooo much more area to play with that you
can leave a little room around the edges and still get a big image to play
with. So I adopt the worst-case scenario and imagine that I have badly
jiggered up my composition but can save it by cropping on the easel - and I
always leave a little cropping room.

PS: There is also the wurst-kase scenario but that is only when you are
doing a lot of German food shots....
