[LargeFormat] Lens for 8x10!

Hi there!

I am a student and I am trying to get to a bigger format then 4x5. I
also need a long lens for 4x5 and maybe a normal one for 8x10. Due to a
tight budget I was looking into getting an old Goerz Red Dot Artar 14".
is the covering power of that lens enough for 8x10? From what I heared
about its reputation it seems to be a good lens. If anyone has some
suggestions concerning this lens and maybe on other lenses which are not
too expensive please let me know.

Does anyone know which Packard shutter you need for this lens as well?
