Thanks, Don.  I had not even considered giving Amazon.com a try.  I haven't
used them before, and I didn't realize they carried used/out of print books.
Now, I have a great new resource for all my old book hunts!

BTW (for the benefit of the list and not to embarrass anyone), Schuyler is
actually my first name.  So, if any of my fellow listers had been imagining
a tall ravishing brunette with blue eyes on this end of the wire...well,
that's me, but with a beard...(you know, usually it's guys on the Internet
pretending they are girls/women that you hear about, not guys denying they
are female).

...and everyone needs to be in Arizona today.  It's going to be in the 70s
(degrees F) and sunny (like it always is).

I'm not clear, though, if the "1st rev. ed." is the same as the "1978
edition" Michael recommends.  There were several used copies of this book
for sale, but at prices that I thought a bit breathtaking: $60-150!

Have you checked out your public library?  If they don't have a copy, I'll
bet they can quickly get one for you through inter-library loan...

Hang on -- I just did a bit more rummaging on Amazon.  It looks like the
ISBM above is, indeed, for the 1978 edition.  Here're the details on the
copy for sale at $60:

to edges dj. some light rubbing to dj.
