Dear Grace,

I just had a quick look at Amazon.com, and came up with the following:  


- 307 pages 1st rev. ed. edition 
New York Graphic Society; ISBN: 0821207296 

I'm not clear, though, if the "1st rev. ed." is the same as the "1978
edition" Michael recommends.  There were several used copies of this book
for sale, but at prices that I thought a bit breathtaking: $60-150!

Have you checked out your public library?  If they don't have a copy, I'll
bet they can quickly get one for you through inter-library loan...

Hang on -- I just did a bit more rummaging on Amazon.  It looks like the
ISBM above is, indeed, for the 1978 edition.  Here're the details on the
copy for sale at $60:

8vo - over 7" - 9" tall 0821207296 lower corners lightly bumped. some wear
to edges dj. some light rubbing to dj.
