[LargeFormat] Garden Landscape Photography

I am considering approaching several yard landscaping companies in my
area to see if they would be willing to allow me to photograph their
work.  My question is, what focal length would be best for this?  I
currently have a Caltar II E 150mm.  Would this be adequate or would a
wider lens be more suited to this type of work?
