well the money still goes to Bill Gates, it's just Steve Jobs that's handing
it to him.  From what I''ve seen with my dad's Gateway, mine is much more
stable, but with the new Unix/OSX system I see signs of The Borg creeping
in-- my Documents, Home, Exploree that almost cant be removed, etc.

I've also seen a tremendous drop in local support for Mac.  There was a time
when compu USA had half the store for Mac, now it's that little spot next to
the bathrooms and all the employees avoid it like the plague when somebody
dares enter.
