[LargeFormat] Bellow extension and film refraction

Easier way to do this calculation, especially once you're used to doing it
this way.

Convert your lens length into inches (150mm = 6")

Measure your lensboard to film plane distance (say, for argument's sake, 8")

Convert those measurements into f: stops (6" = about f:5.6, and 8" =, well,
f:8).

Count the stops between, and you have your compensation, which in this case
is one stop, plus a smidge.

Trust me; it works.
