Just reread my post - what would be really interesting is any
feedback on the performance of the lens. The 260mm f9 is (I believe)
a process lens with a large coverage. How well would it work for
infinity ie landscape? Similar lenses need to be stopped down a bit
to avoid correction problems at infinity as they were designed for
optimal use at 1:1.

I have no idea of the construction but it looks wonderful and has
beautiful coating......

260mm is a bit of a compromise but is different enough from the
longest lens in my field outfit (203mm - bet you can guess which
lens) to be useful.

Cheers,
        Clive
