Are you thinking of Mike Walker's Titan?  He in England, and makes a
'technical' camera from ABS plastic.  It got a mention in the "Product
Survey of 4x5 Technical Cameras" in the Jan/Feb 2001 issue of "View Camera"
magazine.  According to that article, they're imported into the US (by both
Bromwell Mkt. and Calumet) so it shouldn't be too difficult to get one here
in Canada.
