[LargeFormat] Kodak Specialist Model 2 half-plate camera

Todd Gustavson from Gearge Eastman House (www.geh.org) was kind 
enough to supply some additional information on the Kodak Specialist 
Model 2 which I have posted on the f32 Discussion Forum.

It seems that the camera was produced from 1952 to around 1959 when 
it was replaced by a monorail version.

Todd also kindly provided a copy of an original ad. for the
camera:

He thinks it unlikely that Kodak ever produced 4x5 or 5x7 backs for the camera.
