[Jacob-list] lamb sausage

Soak some hearty grains such as hard wheat berries, buckwheat or groats for
an hour and then cook until done.  While they are cooking, slice up the
sausage and some onion and cook in a pan.  Mix the grains and the
sausage/onion with some defrosted frozen mixed vegetables and a little bit
of honey and enjoy!
