They will also eat jack-o-lanterns after they have started to turn to mush
(take the candle out first!). J

With the pumkins and squasn and etc.. I dont cut them.. but if you throw
them in there with enough vigor.. they typically break open, and they will
eat them!

I cut the pumpkins in half before giving them. Interestingly, they like
that better than if I cut the pumpkin up into pieces.
